摘    要:根据列车连挂作业车钩冲击力历程,分析国产300km/h电动车组柴田式密接车钩钩体和钩舌相互接触作用过程。在强度计算的多步分析中,根据载荷条件依次建立接触对,保证接触平滑和计算稳定。根据强度计算结果,分析钩体的薄弱部位及应力应变水平,为车钩的抗冲击性能评估提供依据。根据材料的稳态循环应力应变关系和应变寿命曲线,分析车钩在经历一次压缩—冲击载荷循环后各部位的损伤情况,为寿命估计提供计算依据。

Abstract:According to the impact force time history of vehicle coupling process,contact instances between coupler bodies and knuckles of Chinese 300 km/h EMU(electric multi units) vehicles was analyzed. In order to ensure computation stability and contact smoothness,multi-steps analysis technique in which contact pairs were built sequentially was adopted.
