| 摘 要： | 鞍钢新轧钢股份有限公司计划新建2号冷连轧机组，将现有盐酸酸洗机组与新建的五机架冷连轧机联合，建成鞍钢新轧钢第二条酸洗－冷轧联合机组，形成100万t的生产能力。从工艺选型、机械设备、液压润滑、电气及控制系统等方面对该方案的设计进行分析。

| Abstract: | Angang New Steel Co., Ltd. plans to build No.2 tandem cold rolling mill. One of design alternatives is coupling the existing pickling line with the new No.2 tandem cold rolling mill to turn into No.2 PL TCM at Angang with productivity of 1,000,000 tons/a sheet. The article introduces this design plan, including technology, mechanical parts, hydraulic system, electrical equipment and control system. |
