我国大中型钢铁企业核心竞争力指标体系设计与评价

钢铁企业是规模效益特别显著的企业，一直是政策支持和保护的对象。我国大中型钢铁企业无论在规模经济性上还是对地方经济的贡献和支撑上，作用都非常大。入世后国家取消非关税壁垒和跨国公司投资的一系列限制，我国的钢铁行业在产品质量和技术层面上将面临巨大的冲击。培育和提升大中型钢铁企业核心竞争力，对于实现我国钢铁行业做大做强的作用举足轻重。作者从核心竞争力基本理论出发，结合大中型钢铁企业的发展现状和特点，构建了一套核心竞争力的评价指标体系，并结合实证调研对指标体系进行了量化评价。

DESIGN AND EVALUATION OF INDEX SYSTEM FOR CORE COMPETITIVE POWER OF OUR COUNTRY'S LARGE AND MIDDLE SCALE IRON AND STEEL CORPORATIONS

Iron and steel enterprise was especially notable scale effect enterprise,which was always held out and protected by the policy.Our Country's large and middle scale Iron and steel corporations played an important role in notable economy and contributions to local economy.Our country cancelled a series of non-tariff barrier and the multinational corporation invests after entering WTO.Our country's steel industry was confronted with gigantic impingement pound in product quality and the technology.Cultivating and improving core competition was quitely benefit for our country's iron and steel industry to be bigger and stronger.Combined with the characteristics of our country's big medium-sized iron and steel enterprises,based on the deep study on core competition theory,evaluation index system of the core competitive power was built,and quantify valuation on the core competition was carried out with the AHP-Fuzzy Model.
