摘    要:针对低合金容器板伸长率偏低问题,通过对钢材的组织、成分进行检测分析和生产工艺监督等手段进行原因查找。结果表明在影响Q345R伸长率的众多因素中,铸坯中心存在C、Mn、S元素偏析、中心疏松,MnS塑性夹杂尺寸较大且分布集中等内部质量缺陷是导致钢板伸长率低的直接原因。并结合生产实际情况,通过引入电磁搅拌、凝固末端轻压下,轧制环节精确控制等手段加以改进。

Abstract:Low elongation of low - alloyed container plate is checked through structure, composition examination and production supervision. Results show that the C, Mn, S central segregation, central looseness, large size MnS inclusions and centralized distribution etc internal quality defects are the main reasons. They can be improved by electro - magnetical stirring,soft reduction on solidification terminal and accurate rolling control process on the basis of actual production.
