压敏陶瓷研究的最新发展

摘    要:根据本研究组在压敏陶瓷材料方面的研究成果,结合有关文献报道,对国内外压敏材料研究的最新发展状况作了简述,指出随着科学技术的飞速发展,各种压敏材料和压敏元器件的研发都取得了很大进展.近年来国外ZnO压敏材料的新发展和新应用以及新型SnO2压敏材料的显著进展,应引起国内业界的关注.

Abstract:Based on our research results and combined with literature,this paper gives an brief overview on the new development and trend of varistor materials worldwide.It points out the R & D of various varistor materials and devices have made remarkable progress.However,the native researchers and manufacturers must pay great attention to the new development and applications of ZnO varistors and SnO2 varistors in abroad.
