摘    要:利用沉淀法制备羟基磷灰石(HAP),对影响HAP的工艺因素——煅烧温度进行了分析研究.试验结果表明,随着煅烧温度的提高,有利于获得纯度较高的HAP;但煅烧温度达到1000℃时,红外图谱中3640cm-1左右的OH吸收峰变弱,HAP产物分解;当Ca/P比为1.67时,有利于获得高纯度的HAP.

Abstract:Hydroxyapatite(HAP) are prepared by precipitation method, the technical factor-calcine tem- perature which affects the purity of HAP is discussed. The result shows that improving the calcine temperature would be helpful to gain more pure HAP; but when calcine temperature is reached 1 000 ℃, the peak of 3 640 cm-1 in FT-IR pattern will be weak, this means the HAP is decomposed. When Ca/P is 1.67,the highly pure HAP will be gained.
