铁氮共掺杂制备TiO_2及其蓝光下的光催化性能

摘    要:用硝酸铁和盐酸羟胺分别作Fe源和N源,在TiO2溶胶中同时引入Fe和N,一步合成得到Fe、N共掺杂的纳米TiO2粉末。用XRD等技术研究了焙烧温度和N源量对其晶相结构的影响,并用低功率蓝光LED作光源测试其光催化性能。结果表明,400℃焙烧的Fe、N共掺杂TiO2粉末具有最好的催化性能,2h内对若丹明B的降解率达68.0%。增加N源量,有利于Fe在TiO2晶格中扩散,减小晶粒度;Fe、N共掺杂对TiO2的催化性能具有协同作用,其催化能力明显优于单掺杂样品;降解机理可能与紫外光源有所不同。

Abstract:Fe-N-TiO2 nano powder was prepared by one-step incorporating iron (Ⅲ) and nitrogen dopants into TiO2 sol, with ferric nitrate and hydroxylamine hydrochloride as iron (Ⅲ) and nitrogen sources, respectively. The effects of calcination temperature and the added nitrogen source content on crystal structure were studied, and the photocatalytic performance of Fe-N-TiO2 was determined by degrading rhodamine B using low-power blue-light LED as irradiation source. The results show that iron (III) and nitrogen co-doped TiO2 calcined at 400 ℃ has the highest photocatalytic activity, with the photocatalytic degradation rate of 68.0% to rhodamine B within 2 h; the increase of nitrogen source content favors the diffusion of iron (Ⅲ) into TiO2 lattice, and reduce the crystalline grain size. The photocatalytic activity of Fe-N-TiO2 is significantly higher than that of Fe-TiO2 and N-TiO2, showing synergy effect after co-doping with iron (Ⅲ) and nitrogen. Additionally, here photocatalytic degradation mechanism may be different from that excited by UV light.
