摘    要:虚拟设计与仿真技术广泛应用于设计领域,在石油机械设计领域更是具有很大的发展空间.论述了虚拟设计与仿真的重要意义,提出了广义虚拟现实的定义.初步探讨了基于虚拟现实和仿真技术的螺杆泵的设计,研究了CAD、CAE、运动仿真、动画制作以及网络可视化等虚拟现实技术在石油机械设计中的集成,从而提出了未来的集成化的设计环境,为石油机械的敏捷、柔性设计做了初步探索.

Abstract:VR design and simulation technology is widely applied, and large room is prepared for its developing especially in petroleum machinery design field. The importance of VR design and simulation is discussed, and the broad sense VR is put forward. The design of rod progressive cavity pump which is based on VR and simulation is studied, and the exploration for the integration of CAD, CAE and motion simulation and animation and net visualization in petroleum machinery design is given. So, the future integrated design environment is provided, and it provides the preliminary exploration for agile and flexible design of petroleum machinery.
