摘    要:振动能量采集器具有体积小、寿命长、高能量密度的特点成为当前广泛研究的重要微能源器件之一。重点介绍了基于电磁式、压电式、静电式、磁致伸缩式、复合式等采能原理的能量收集模块,系统综述了上述能量采集模块的优缺点、国内外现状及未来发展趋势;同时综述了微能源重要组成部分——电源管理和储能电路模块的研究现状,最后展望了振动式微能源器件的发展前景与趋势。

Abstract:Vibrational energy harvesting devices is becoming one of the important micro-energy devices which are widely researched currently,because of characteristics of small volume,long lifetime and high energy density. Different type of energy-harvesting modules based on principle of electromagnetic,piezoelectric,electrostatic, magneticelastic and hybrid type,etc. are presented,the advantages,disadvantages,current situation and future development trends at home and abroad of those modules are systematically reviewed;in addition,power management and energy storage circuit module are also overviewed. Finally,developing prospects and trend of micro vibration energy harvesters are forecasted.
