混凝-O3氧化法处理糖蜜酒精废液的研究

摘    要:通过对混凝-O3氧化组合工艺处理糖蜜酒精废液组合顺序和工艺条件的研究,结果表明:以沉降量为考查指标,按CaO-O3-CaO工艺顺序组合方法处理糖蜜酒精废液,在固形物去除及脱色率方面其效果均优于单独使用O3或CaO.实验选取200 mL初始固含量为213.4 g/L的废液为研究对象,通过探讨废液中固形物沉降量、固形物去除率及脱色率,得出最佳工艺为:CaO用量约为3%(以废液重量计),O3氧化工艺条件为臭氧浓度7.44 mg/L,处理温度为50℃,处理时间为60min.同时,该工艺下固形物沉降量、去除率及脱色率分别为26.4 g,61.8%和68.8%.

Abstract:Combined coagulation-ozonation process was used for treatment of the wastewater from cane-sugar molasses alcohol.The efficiency of the combination of CaO-O3-CaO process was much better than the single process of CaO or O3.In the condition that the dosage of CaO was about 3%,ozone was 7.44 mg/L,the reactive temperature was 50℃,the reactive time was 60 min,the test results showed that the sedimentation volume of the s0Iid content was 26.4 g,the removal efficiency of solid content in the wastewater was 61.8%,and the removal efficiency of color in the wastewater was 68.8%.
