高固体分低温超快干氨基烘干磁漆的制备

摘    要:介绍了采用苯甲酸改性的短油度豆油快干醇酸树脂和甲醇与丁醇混合醚化的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂为基料制成高固低温快干型的低成本烘干涂料。简述了该涂料与所用快干醇酸树脂的原料选择、配方设计、生产工艺和产品性能指标等。

Abstract:This paper introduces the preparation of high-solid low-cost baking-dry coatings of low temperature quick-dry performance with the binders of benzoic acid modified short- oil length soybean oil quick-dry alkyd resin and methanol and butanol etherifled melamine resin;and narrates the selection of materials,formula design,manufacture technology and product performances of the coatings as well as the used quick- dry alkyd resin.
