聚酰亚胺硅氧烷的合成及其性能

摘    要:双氨丙基四甲基二硅氧烷或以氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷与芳族二胺和芳族四酸二酐共缩聚生成聚酰胺酸硅氧烷溶液,经加热亚胺化得到聚酰亚胺硅氧烷薄膜或粉末。性能测定结果表明:引入有机硅氧烷能多方面地改善聚酰亚胺性能。研究了聚合方法,聚合过程中官能团的反应活性等。

Abstract:Polyamic acid siloxanes were synthesized by the condensation of the bis[aminopropyl]tetramethyldisiloxane or the bis[aminopropyl]polysiloxanes with the aromatic diamines and the aromatictetracarboxylic acid dianhydrides in DMF. The film and solid of the fully imidized polyimlde siloxanes were given in a varity of method and showed that the properties of the polyimide were modified owing to introducing the organic siloxanes into the polyimide chaines. The procedure of the polymerization and activities of functional groups in polymerization reaction were discussed.
