摘    要:提出一种低成本基于步距规的误差补偿系统,该系统可以实现普通精度级数控机床位置精度评定,并通过软件自动修改误差补偿表.使机床精度得以强化,运用该系统可使机床各轴定位精度从0.150~0.400mm升级到0.030~0.050mm.螺距反向间隙从0.020~0.040mm升级到0.005~0.009mm.

Abstract:A method for accuracy determination and repeatability of positioning of medium-accuracy numerically controlled machine tools based on step gauge was proposed. In the system, an auto-deviation measurement and auto backlash error compensation were developed. The position accuracy went up from 0.150 -0.400mm to 0.030 - 0.050mm, and the backlash error from 0.020- 0.040mm to 0.005- 0.009mm after the compensation. The results were verified through tests.
