| 摘 要： | 介绍了干式料包和不断流快速更换定径水口技术在小方坯连铸机上的应用.通过两项技术的综合应用,提高了包龄,稳定了生产组织,降低了事故,大幅度降低了钢水消耗,取得了良好的效果.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the application of the tundish dry work - layer and quick - change nozzle without stream interrupt on billet,according to the application,not only the consumption of refractory and accidents of submerged nozzle can be reduced, but also the yield of liquid steel and the operation efficiency of caster can be improved. |
