突出煤层掘进巷道冲击地压防治技术

摘    要:为了在垂深1 100 m、具有严重煤与瓦斯突出和冲击地压危险的煤层进行安全快速掘进,消除冲击地压和煤与瓦斯突出危险,应用巷道钻孔松动爆破卸压技术.通过对冲击地压发生机理和钻孔松动爆破卸压理论分析,研究了深井煤层卸压原理,确定了巷道钻孔松动爆破卸压技术参数和施工工艺.试验结果表明:利用瓦斯抽排巷道对掘进煤层进行打钻和松动爆破,在一定范围使突出煤层卸压、排放瓦斯,可使原始高地应力场发生改变,并沿巷道掘进方向向前方煤体和巷道两帮深部转移,同时提高煤层透气性,使高压瓦斯加速排放,减少了突出势能,有效防治煤与瓦斯突出和冲击地压.
