保温螺栓的研究与应用

摘    要:为了解决现有钢制螺栓在钢结构外露建筑构件连接中可能存在的冷桥、锈蚀及导电等不利现象 ,提出了保温螺栓的概念 ,进行了 4种基于不同绝缘材料制造的保温螺栓的强度试验研究。试验结果和工程实践表明 ,所设计的保温螺栓能够在保证工程强度的前提下满足建筑方面的各种功能要求。

Abstract:A new type of bolt connection——insulating bolt,which was developed by this research,can avoid some disadvantages such as cold bridge,corrosion and electric conduction which usually occur in installations of outer steel structures. The conception of insulating bolt was introduced and strength tests on insulating bolts were carried out through comparing four different insulation materials. The results of tests confirmed that the insulating bolts can achieve the design objectives and satisfy the strength requirements of steel structures.
