摘    要:对304奥氏体不锈钢进行拉伸试验,研究了其在高温拉伸变形过程中的锯齿流变行为。结果表明:当应变速率在2×10-4~2×10-3s-1范围内,试验钢发生动态应变时效的温度为773~973K;出现了A、A+B和E三种锯齿波和负的应变速率敏感系数;锯齿形成的有效激活能为212.8kJ.mol-1;铬和锰等置换型溶质原子与运动位错的交互作用使试验钢出现动态应变时效,导致锯齿流变行为的产生。

Abstract:Tensile test was performed to 304 austenitic stainless steel,and the serrated flow behavior during high temperature tension deformation was studied.The results show that the temperature for happing dynamic strain aging was 773-973 K when the strain rate within the range of 2×10-4 to 2×10-3 s-1.The typed of A,A+B and E serrated wave and negative strain rate sensitivity coefficient appeared,and the effective activation energy for forming serration was 212.8 kJ·mol-1.The dynamic strain aging happening for the tested steel was because of the interaction between substitutional atoms(Cr,Mn and so on) and moving dislocations,and then caused serrated flow behavior happening.
