基于LS-SVM的装备研制费用建模与分析

摘    要:应用最小二乘支持向量机原理建立基于最小二乘支持向量机的装备研制费用预测模型,利用LS—SVM方法对装备研制费进行预测步骤包括样本数据准备、模型训练学习、训练结果评估等循环过程,然后应用实例进行预测与分析。结果表明采用最小二乘支持向量机进行装备研制费用预测,所需样本量少、预测精度高、泛化能力强。

Abstract:By means of Least Squares Support Vector Machine (LS-SVM), its prediction model of equipment's development costs is established. The main steps include preparation of sample data, and model training and evaluation of the training result. It is shown by practical example that the weapon equipment's development-cost estimation model using the principle of the LS-SVM has high prediction accuracy, strong generalization ability and needs fewer specimens.
