摘    要:介绍了目前国内输变电领域常用的接地金属材料,对各种金属材料性能进行了横向对比。分析了针对上述材料的常用连接方法,包括电弧焊、气保护焊、钎焊、放热焊等。对各种连接方法进行了对比,比较了各种焊接方法的接头熔点、工艺特点、服役特点、经济性。材料和连接方法的选择,应兼顾它们的特点及接地系统建设的实际需求。

Abstract:This paper introduced the grounding metal materials commonly used in the domestic power transformer field, and compared the properties of these metal materials. The connection technique of these materials was also introduced including galvanized steel, stainless steel, copper, copper clad steel and so on. The properties of the connection technique were compared, such as the melting point of joint, process property, service property, economy. The results show that the grounding system construction should be chose in accordance with the actual demand, according to the characteristics of material and connection technique.
