摘    要:科学合理地建立规模型储煤中心是缓解电煤供应中瓶颈问题的有效途径。通过分析目前电煤供应现状,根据储煤中心选址受到诸多要素影响的特征,将粗糙集理论与群决策特征根法相结合,构建了储煤中心选址定性要素评价决策模型,通过对各备选储煤中心进行综合评价,形成了全面客观的评价值,为决策提供了较为有力的支持。

Abstract:The scientific and reasonable establishment of a large -scale coal storage center (CSC) is an effective way to ease the bottleneck in electricity coal supplies. By analyzing the current electricity coal supply situation and the characteristics of CSC locations that are influenced by many factors, the qualitative elements evaluation model was designed based on rough set theory and group eigenvalue method. The model provides a more effective support for decision - makers by presenting a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the alternative CSCs.
