摘    要:提出了采用插装式液压阀的液压支架乳化液泵站液压系统的设计思想和设计方案 ,分析了其工作原理和设计要点。认为采用插装式液压阀取代原来的管式阀能显著改善泵站的工作性能 ,提高其工作可靠性和效率 ,降低制造难度和成本 ,便于使用和维护 ,具有推广价值。

Abstract:The design thinking and plan of adopting plug-in value hydraulic system design of hydraulic pressure powered support of oil water emulsion pumping station were presented in this paper.The working principle and main points of designing were analyzed.The conclusion hold that adopting plug-in value replacing original tube value can obviously improve working character and working reliability,cut down manufacture difficulty and cost,easy to use and maintain,have popularized value.
