摘    要:设计了焊缝残余应力磁记忆检测分析软件系统及便携式硬件系统。该系统可以实现焊缝残余应力的现场检测,并可以将数据输出到计算机上作进一步分析评价,根据数据曲线所表征出来的特性趋势来分析评价焊缝残余应力的分布状况。实际检测结果表明,磁记忆检测结果与X射线检测结果一致,验证了磁记忆检测结果的正确性。

Abstract:Metal magnetic memory ( MMM ) testing technology is a new nondestructive testing method. In order to apply MMM technology to the engineering practice of residual stress testing , this paper designed the software analysis system and portable hardware system of welded joints residual stress testing , which is based on object-oriented programming. The system can realize the welded joint residual stress testing at workshop , which can output data to a computer for further analysis and evaluation. According to the trend analysis of the MMM characteristic , the distribution of the welded joint residual stress can be acquired. The field testing results of pressure vessel ’ s welded joints showed that MMM data are consistent with the X-ray examination , which has proved the accuracy of MMM testing.
