NH3-CO2-H2O体系浸出锌焙烧砂试验研究

摘    要:采用NH3CO2H2O体系对锌焙烧砂进行浸出,研究了浸出过程中影响锌浸出率的因素,以及其他主要元素在浸出过程中的浸出情况,得到了最佳工艺条件,使锌焙烧砂的锌浸出率达到75.38%,可溶锌一次浸出率达91.74%。

Abstract:The factors influencing the leaching rata of zinc in leaching process of zinc calcines inNH_3-CO_2-H_2O system were studied,the leaching behaviours of other elements in the system weralso examined. The results show that the leaching rate of zinc from the calcine can reach to 75.38% under optimal condition,the leaching rate of soluble zinc is 91.74%.
