摘    要:通过对乌克兰技术进行引进、消化、吸收和转化,特变电工衡阳变压器有限公司为750kV输变电示范工程研制的4台750kV电抗器产品一次试验、试制成功,达到国际领先水平,目前已正式运行。其中,振动平均值、噪声等参数创造了同类产品的多项第一。文章简要介绍了750kV电抗器的功能,对该项目在研制过程中在部件、防止局部过热、减小振动等方面采用的多种特殊结构和工艺进行了重点介绍。

Abstract:Through the transfer, digestion, absorption and transformation of technology from Ukraine, four 750 kV reactors for 750 kV power transmission & transformation pilot project developed by Special Transformer & Electric Engineering Hunyang Transformer Company has put into operation now. The product was once tested successfully, which reached the leading level on the world. The multinomial first in the similar products such as the parameters of average value of vibrations and noise was created. The function of 750 kV reactor was briefly introduced, and the various special structure and technologies adopted for this project in the course of R&D, such as the parts, preventing local overheat, reducing the vibration, were described emphatically.
