| 摘 要： | 技术创新是推动企业发展的关键。目前，我国很多企业技术创新水平低，产品国际竞争力弱，造成这种状况的一个重要原因是缺乏有效的技术研发人员队伍和技术创新激励机制。建立一支稳定的研发队伍和适应市场经济体制的企业技术创新激励机制来提升企业竞争力显得十分重要。

| Abstract: | Technological innovation plays a significant role in the development of enterprises. At present, the level of technological innovation of enterprises at home is low, and international competitive power of products is weak. The key factor that causes this situation is the lack of effective technological R&D team and impelling mechanism. Therefore it is very important to establish a stable R&D team and impelling mechanism for technological innovation that adjust to market-oriented economy system to promote competitiveness in enterprise. |
