摘    要:针对权系数信息不完全确定且方案的准则值为确定语言等级或位于两个连续语言等级之间,甚至缺失的群决策问题,提出一种群体语言决策方法.该方法利用证据推理算法得到方案属于各语言等级的信任度,利用二元语义对方案进行语言集结;然后结合决策者和准则权重的不完全确定信息及方案与理想方案的二元语义问的距离构建非线性规划模型.利用遗传算法求解所得模型,计算得到各方案的排序.实例计算表明了该方法的可行性和有效性.

Abstract:To group decision-making problems that the decision-makers' weights and the criteria's weights are incompletely certain,and the decision-makers' preference information takes the form of linguistic grade,or is between two continuous linguistic grade,or is not given,a new method based on evidential reasoning(ER) and two-tuple is proposed.By using the ER algorithm,the belief degrees of each alternative belonging to each linguistic grade are obtained,and then transformed into two-tuple which is also the result of aggregating each alternative.The nonlinear programming model is constructed based on the incomplete certain information on the decision makers weights and criteria weights,and the distances between alternatives and ideal alternative.The optimal weights on decision-maker and criteria are gained by using genetic algorithms to solve the nonlinear programming model.The distances between alternatives and ideal alternative are computed and the rank of the alternatives is obtained.An example shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
