电梯轿厢噪声控制研究

摘    要:通过噪声传递路径模型分析了电梯系统中的噪声传递。分别从空气传声和固体传声两方面提出了隔声降噪措施。一、在空气传声方面考虑隔声罩各参数对噪声传递的影响,并进一步确定隔声罩结构;二、在固体传声方面将电梯系统视为刚度一质量阻尼系统,分析系统振动特性。结合振动模态分析,通过修改轿壁局部刚度的方法实施降噪。以上措施有效地降低了轿厢内的噪声。

Abstract:The noise transfer problem in elevator systems is discussed through the technique of sound transfer path analysis. Two methods are used to separate the noise. First, the influence of a sound insulator to the noise transfer function is considered when noise is transferred by the air. According to the transfer function, a detailed construction of the sound insulator is defined. Secondly, the elevator system is modeled as a stiffness-mass-damp system when the noise is transferred through the structure. Vibration characteristics of the structure are analyzed and with these modal analysis re sults, the stiffness of the cabin wall is modified, which results in an effective reduction of noise level in the cabin.
