摘    要:汽轮机调节系统工作的可靠性和灵敏性直接关系到汽轮机的安全运行。介绍了鞍钢新钢铁齐大山铁矿热电分厂两台C12-50/5型单抽冷凝式汽轮发电机组的调节系统,在投产调试过程中遇到的主要问题,针对问题进行了分析,找出了故障的原因并提出了相应的解决措施,最终得到了一个高效的调节系统。

Abstract:The operation reliability and sensibility of the adjustment system of the turbine have close relations to safety operation of the turbine.There were installed the two C12-50/5 type single extracting condensation turbo-generator units in the Heat Power Plant of Qidashan Iron Mine,Xingangtie Co.,Anshan Iron & Steel Group.Some problems occurred in the adjustment systems of the two turbo-generator units before commissioning.The problems were presented and analyzed.Causes of the problems were found out and the related measures were put forward.Thus,the adjustment system gained high efficient.
