摘    要:根据Kumar提出的结焦动力学模型,提出了芳香烃结焦母体浓度的计算方法。在综合裂解反应动力学、辐射传热和结焦动力学模型的基础上,完成了SRT-IV型工业裂解炉裂解石脑油的全周期工艺模拟计算,模拟结果与实际较为符合。从而为SRT-IV型炉的优化和先进控制打下了良好的基础。

Abstract:The method for calculation aromatic concentration in reaction tube was proposed to meet Kumar's coke formation model. Integrated with clear tube cracking models and the coke model, simulation for the naphtha pyrolysis in the cracking furnace was accomplished. According to the simulation, the evolution of the cracking furnace operation characters in a whole period was clearly lain out. The profiles of main product yields, coke layer thickness, oil gas temperature, tube skin temperature and other operation parameters with respect to time were studied. Simulation shows that the calculated results were in good agreement with the real working plant practice.
