| Abstract: | The paper describes a kind of fibre optic pressure seuor using the deformation of diaphragm to module the light intensity. This sensor bresks the traditional way of using D.C. source to drive LED source, but uses A.C snuroe to drive LED source. This paper relates the measurement prinaples, smsor structure and measurement drcuit, and destribe the expedmental result curve. |
