| 摘 要： | 比较了CMOS图象传感器与CCD图象传感器的优缺点，分析了C MOS图象传感器的结构、研制现状、应用及市场前景。指出了随传感器技术的发展，CMOS图 象传感器可以代替CCD图象传感器，并预见了其发展趋势。

| Abstract: | The advantages and disadvantages of CMOS image s ensor and CCD image sensor are compared in this paper,and the structure,status o f development,application and market foreground of CMOS image sensor are analyze d.With the development of CMOS image sensor,CMOS image sensor may be substituted for CCD image sensor,and its development trend is forseed. |
