| 摘 要： | 建立比卡鲁胺原料药中乙醇、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、四氢呋喃、三氯乙烷、甲苯 6种有机溶剂残留量的测定方法。方法 :采用顶空进样法 ,DMF为溶剂 ,平衡温度 1 0 0℃ ,平衡时间 1 5min ,气相色谱条件 :石英毛细管柱DB - 6 2 4 (6 %氰并基苯 - 94 %二甲基硅氧烷共聚物 ) ,柱温 :5 0℃ (5min)以 4 0℃ /min升至 2 0 0℃ ,保持 1min ,检测器 :FID。结果表明 ,本方法简单、快捷、灵敏 ,可有效用于该药有机溶剂残留量的控制

| Abstract: | To establish a method for determination of ethanol,dichloromethane,ethyl acetate tetrahydrofuran,trichloroethane,toluene residue in Bicalutamide.Using head space-GC method.DMF was used as solution.Sample had been equilibrated at 100℃ for 15 minutes.DB-624(6%cyanopropylpheny1 94% dimethyl polysiloxane)silica capillary column.The initial temperature was kept at 50℃ for 5min,then the temperature was raised to 200℃ at the rate of 40℃/min and subsequently sustained for l min.FID detector at 250℃.Conclusion:this method is simple,rapid with good sensitivity. |
