摘    要:综述了软磁材料的分类及其性能对比,重点介绍了高性能非晶/纳米晶软磁材料的性能及应用。非晶/纳米晶软磁材料具有较高的综合软磁性能,如高饱和磁感应强度、高磁导率、低高频损耗等。用非晶/纳米晶软磁材料制作的器件具有质量轻、体积小、性能高等优点,在大功率中高频变压器、高频开关电源、电磁兼容器件、高精度电流互感器、巨磁阻抗传感器等中得到了广泛的应用,是软磁材料的又一个发展方向和研究热点。

Abstract:In this paper, the classification and property contrast of soft magnetic materials are summarized. The emphases are placed on the property and application of high property amorphous/nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials. The results show that amorphous /nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials have preferably integrated soft magnetic material properties. The apparatus made of amorphous/nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials have some merits, such as light weight, small bulk, high property and so on. They are widely used in high frequency transformer with big power, high frequency switch power, EMC apparatus, current mutual inductor with high precision, etc. This study is another development direction and hot topic in the field of soft magnetic materials.
