水玻璃砂微波硬化强度的试验研究

摘    要:采用微波加热技术来加热硬化水玻璃砂,通过改变水玻璃的加入量、调整微波加热时间和加热功率等工艺因素,分析微波加热对砂型试样抗拉强度的影响规律。试验结果表明,采用539 W功率加热,水玻璃的加入量为3.0%时,其抗拉强度在25 min时达到的最大值为1.11 MPa,可满足型砂的使用要求。

Abstract:The tensile strength of water-glass sand cured by microwave heating was investigated by varying the content of water-glass and power of microwave power.The results showed that the tensile strength of the sand with addition of 3.0% water glass(in mass) and by heating under 539 W for 25 min,reaches the maximum 1.11 MPa and the properties of the water glass sand meet the requirements of casting production.
