旋流器沉砂口直径自动调节的研究

摘    要:水力旋流器在选矿厂分级设备中占有重要的地位,与螺旋分级机相比,它具有体积小,分级效率高等优点,但使用时会遇到许多问题。通过分析旋流器沉砂口对旋流器分级指标的重要影响,指出发展可调沉砂口的必要性,并总结国内外沉砂口的发展现状,在此基础上提出一种新型可控沉砂口。

Abstract:Hydrocyclones have played an important role among the classification equipments in a mineral processing plant.Compared with the spiral classifier,it has many merits such as small volume,high efficiency and so on.However,there are still many difficulties in applying hydrocyclones.The necessity to develop the adjustable spigot was pointed out by the analysis that the spigot heavily affected classification performance of hydrocyclones,and the development of spigots at home and abroad was summarized.A new type adjustable spigot was developed in this study.
