聚合物溶液作用于残余油膜上的力学分析

摘    要:结合连续性方程、运动方程和本构方程,使用计算流体动力学软件Polyflow,计算了聚合物溶液作用在亲油岩石表面上的残余油膜的应力。计算结果表明:聚合物溶液的粘弹性越大,作用在残余油膜上的应力越大,越有利于油膜的变形;流道宽度越大,作用在油膜上的偏应力越大,越有利于提高驱油效率。

Abstract:By means of continuity equation, momentum equation, constitutive equation and Polyflow (a software for calculation of fluid dynamics), the stress acted on residual oil film by polymer solution at oil-wet rock surface is calculated. The results show that the bigger the viscoelasticity of polymer solution, the greater the stress acted on the residual oil-film, and the more favorable to the oil-film deformation; the bigger the flow channel width, the greater the deviatoric stress acting on the oil-film, the more favorable to the oil displacement efficiency enhancement.
