吸附-催化臭氧氧化去除造纸废水中特征污染物的研究

摘    要:研究了活性炭吸附-催化臭氧氧化去除造纸废水特征污染物,探讨了臭氧进气流量、活性炭投加量、pH等因素对吸附-催化臭氧氧化特征污染物的影响,并在最优化条件下,研究了渗氮活性炭对于吸附-催化臭氧技术的强化作用.结果表明,邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯被筛选为造纸废水的特征污染物:吸附-催化氧化联合工艺对DIBP的去除率随着O_3进气流量、GAC投加量、pH的增大而提高,比单独活性炭吸附、臭氧氧化高出9%和20%;以质量分数为8%的氨水浸泡所制的渗氮活性炭效能最好,吸附性能比原炭提高了10%,吸附-催化性能提高了13%.

Abstract:Removal of particular pollutants in papermaking wastewater by adsorption-catalytic ozonation was investigated, and the effect of operating parameters such as ozone dosage, GAC dosage, pH value was studied. Furthermore, the effect of doping nitrogen of activated carbon on adsorption-catalytic ozonation was also examined under the optimum conditions.
