摘    要:采用以钛片为基体的修饰电极和自行研制的高效粒子电极构成的动态复合电解床,处理桉木和马尾松混合CTMP制浆废液,考察了修饰电极不同金属氧化物涂层和主要操作参数对废液色度和CODCr去除的影响,得到了动态复合电化学工艺主要参数的最佳组合。实验结果表明,最佳工艺条件下废液的脱色率可达95%以上,CODCr去除率达到60%。

Abstract:A dynamic compound electrolysis cell bed,consisted of the modified titanium base electrode and the high efficient particle electrode which was developed by the authors,was applied to treat the effluent from CTMP pulping of mixed Eucalyptus and Chinese red pine.Different modified electrode materials and main operation parameters were investigated,the optimum conditions were determined.The results showed that the effluent color removal rate was above 95% and COD removal rate was above 70% in the optimum conditions.
