摘    要:基体改性是对C/C复合材料进行氧化防护的主要措施之一.综合国内外近几年的研究报道,重点介绍了3种基体改性方法,指出基体置换法将是今后的研究重点,而SiC陶瓷是比较理想的置换炭基体的材料.综述了化学气相渗透法(CVI)、先驱体转化法(PIP)和液相渗硅法(LSI)制备C/C-SiC复合材料的优点及其不足.对C/C复合材料的抗氧化研究方向提出了一些见解.

Abstract:Matrix modification of C/C composites is one of the principal methods taken for anti-oxidation protection. In this paper, on the basis of the latest developments in C/C composites, the three kinds of methods of matrix modification are emphasized in the discussion. It is concluded that matrix replacement will be a focus for research, and SiC ceramics is better to replace carbon matrix. The main advantages and shortages of chemical vapor infiltration method, precursor infiltration pyrolysis method, and liquid silicon infiltration method for fabricating C/C-SiC composites are summarized. Lastly, the direction of oxidation-resistance for C/C composites is pointed out.
