基于静载试验的巨型网架结构安全性评价

以网架结构刚度方程及其所确定的位移、内力、荷载和刚度之间的对应增量关系为依据,以五强溪水电站主厂房屋顶网架为工程背景,在有限元整体计算分析的基础上介绍了对大跨度巨型网架进行静载检测的内容和加载方法,并根据计算分析和静载试验的结果进行了巨型网架的结构安全性评价。在当前缺乏对现役网架进行安全性评价相关标准的情况下,从结构使用的角度,提出了屋顶网架结构安全性评价意见和方法。所采用的静载检测方法简便科学,对在役巨型网架的检测具有较好的实用推广价值。

Safety Evaluation of Large-scale Space Frame Structure Based on Static Load Test

According to the stiffness equation of space frame structure and the corresponding increment relation between displacement,internal force,loads and stiffness determined by stiffness equation of space frame structures,and based on the finite element calculation analysis,the testing content and loading method on the long span large-scale space frame were introduced at the project background of the roof space frame of main power building in Wuqiangxi hydropower plant.The safety evaluation of the large-scale space frame structure was presented based on the calculation analysis and static load test.Under the condition of deficient correlative standards of safety evaluation to space frame being served,the opinion and methods of safety evaluation of space frame structure in the roof were proposed from the viewpoint of use.The method of static load test is simple and scientific,which is valuable practicably in checking the large-scale space frame being served.
