摘    要:根据线型低密度聚乙烯注塑专用树脂的特点,确定了TJZS-9023的技术指标熔体流动速率为23g/10min,密度为0.922g/cm3。研究了TJZS-9023的添加剂配方体系及其性能,并考虑了热氧稳定体系的协同效果,最终筛选出最佳添加剂配方。试生产的专用树脂的屈服拉伸强度达到11.0MPa,拉伸弹性模量达到362MPa。生产厂家的加工应用表明,TJZS-9023与同类进口树脂性能相当。

Abstract:The technical indexes of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), grade TJZS-9023, were defined in terms of the characters of LLDPE injection moulding speciality resin, involving melt flow rate of 23 g/10 min and density of 0.922 g/cm3. The optimum formula of additive system was selected based on the studies on the additive systems suitable for TJZS-9023 and their performance and on the thermooxidative stabilizer system which exerted a synergistic effect. The trial product of the speciality resin reached tensile strength at yield of 11.0 MPa and elastic modulus in tension of 362 MPa. The processing and applications carried out by downstream enterprises confirmed that the properties of grade TJZS-9023 was equivalent to those of its overseas counterparts.
