摘    要:浮动技术作为减小武器后坐力的一条有效技术途径,其应用的关键是浮动机结构参数与自动机运动参数的合理匹配。本文针对大口径步兵自动武器用弹簧液压式浮动机,提出了一种浮动机结构参数的设计方法,并利用VC编制了优化设计的计算机软件。通过应用该软件对某高射机枪和某榴弹机枪浮动机结构参数的优化设计表明,优化后的浮动机可大幅度降低武器的后坐力。理论和实践证明该方法可行,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract:As an effective way of reducing the recoil force,the key technology of the floating mechanism is how to match properly the relation between floating mechanism configuration parameters and automatic mechanism kinematic parameters.An optimal design method of floating mechanism of automatic weapon's spring hydraulic buffer was presented,and the corresponding design software was also programmed by VC.According to the software,a antiaircraft machine gun and a grenade machine gun floating mechanism dynamic parameters were optimized,and their recoil forces were reduced sharply.The method is proved to be a feasible way in the floating mechanism design.
