| 摘 要： | 某热电厂针对凝汽器铜管腐蚀结垢严重、凝汽器端差大的情况,采用腐蚀性小、安全性高的氨基磺酸进行化学清洗,同时进行硫酸亚铁一次性成膜保护,通过科学配方和严格过程控制,清洗达到了除垢完全、腐蚀量小、成膜均匀致密的效果,经济效益显著,值得借鉴。

| Abstract: | On the basis of serious corrosion and fouling of condenser copper tubes in a thermal power plant and great difference of condenser end, the copper tubes were chemically cleaned by using sulfamic acid with little corrosivity and improved safety. At the same time, the tubes were protected by ferrous sulfate membrane. With good formulation and strict application process control, the fouling was completely removed, the corrosion was minimized and membrane was compact. The economic benefit is significant. |
