有限元方法在往复压缩机受力分析中的应用

摘    要:通过对实际工况下往复式压缩机一级活塞和十字头的受力分析,求得了最大活塞力位置和最大应力时的曲柄转角。利用Proe三维建模软件对活塞和十字头进行三维实体建模,然后应用Ansys有限元分析软件对活塞和十字头进行分析,找出了十字头的危险点位置及应力值,且结果与实际情况相吻合。此研究方法,对同类问题的解决具有一定的参考价值。
