气液两相流管道防振的方法与措施

摘    要:指出气液两相流动管道振动与流体流型有密切关系,塞状或弹状流型易引起管道振动,振动强度与流体流速、流量和压力有关,更与激发频率有关,当激发频率与管道自振频率重合或接近时,即便流体激振强度不高,也会引起管道强烈振动。讨论气液两相流管道防振设计思路,阐明气液两相流管道振动响应分析难以进行,模态分析避免共振仍是目前管道防振分析的主要方法。提出多项具体防振措施,强调流型计算要使塞状流型或弹状流型既不在水平管道中出现,也不在垂直管道中出现。

Abstract:This paper points out that the vibra- tion of vapor-liquid two phase flow piping is closely related to flow pattern of the liquid.Slug flow pattern may cause pipe vibration easily.The vibration intensity is relevant to fluid flow velocity, flow volume and pressure.And it's more relevant to the excitation frequency.When the excitation frequency is the same as the natural vibration frequency of the piping or close to it,the pipe will vibrate intensely even if the vibration intensity of the liquid isn't high.T...
