摘    要:开发以重油为原料,利用催化裂解工艺直接生产低碳烯烃的技术路线已成为潮流。总结了金属氧化物型、沸石分子筛型催化剂的研究进展,阐述了国内外较成熟的催化裂解工艺的特点和发展现状,认为:高反应温度、短停留时间、大剂油比、大水油比是多产低碳烯烃的主要操作方式;设计和开发具有梯级孔道分布和酸性分布的催化材料,成为新型低碳烯烃催化裂解催化剂的技术关键。

Progress of Catalytic Pyrolysis of Heavy Oil to Light Olefins

Abstract:The technical route of catalytic pyrolysis of heavy oil to light olefins has become a trend.The research progresses of metallic oxide catalysts and zeolite molecular sieve catalysts were summarized.The characteristics and current situation of CPP(Catalytic Pyrolysis Process)at home and abroad were described.It was pointed out that high reaction temperature,short residence time,high catalyst-oil ratio,and high water-oil ratio were the main operation mode for more light olefins.Design and development of catalytic materials with gradient pore distribution and acidic distribution became the key points of new catalysts of CPP.
