伊朗ARAK炼油厂催化装置三旋设备包制造安装实施方案

伊朗ARAK炼油厂扩建和产品升级项目由中国石化工程建设公司（SEI）和当地2家工程公司联合总承包，项目的工作范围主要包括4000kt／a常压、3600kt／a渣油加氢、4800kt／a重油催化、2600kt／a柴油加氢、1600kt／a煤油加氢、2500kt／a催化汽油加氢、900kt／a重整等15套新装置及配套的系统公用工程单元，还包括已有8000kt／a常减压等3套装置及相关系统和公用工程单元改造。项目的服务范围包括基础设计的完善、详细设计、设备和材料采购、施工安装、预试车和试车服务。
