预处理新工艺回收伴生钼的研究

摘    要:分析了铜钼混合精矿的特性,针对该特性创造性地提出分选前采用特种旋流器进行预处理新工艺,脱除混合精矿中大量残药、细泥(铜)并浓缩脱水,降低了抑制剂等药剂用量,提高技术指标。生产应用结果表明,铜钼分选作业回收率提高了11.41%,硫化钠消耗降低了32.17%,浮选能力提高了33.41%,其它各项指标也有明显改善。

Abstract:The article analyzes the characteristics of copper - molybdenum bulk concentrate. Toward this, preprocessing new technology of removing a lot of reagents residue and fine mud (copper), concentrating and dewatering by special type of cyclone before separation was put forward creatively. The result is that dosage of depressor etc was decreased and technology indicator was improved. The application indicates recovery of copper and molybdenum separation has increased by 11.4%, consumption of sodium sulphide has decreased by 32.17%,floatation capability has increased by 33.41%,and other indicators have also obviously improved.
