摘    要:为数众多的中小型钢铁企业从自身的实际出发,或对原有焦炭竖窑进行改造,或新建以高炉煤气为燃料的石灰竖窑,使这项技术在大规模推广应用的同时,其本身也在不断地得以改进、完善和提高,当气烧竖窑烧咀问题、布料及位探测问题、自动化控制等问题得到较好的解决后,各项技术经济指标和自动化水平将可与先进窑型相媲美.

Abstract:Based on their own actual technical and economic conditions, many small-or medium-scale iron and steel enterprises have tried to revamp/modify their existing coke shaft-ovens or to build a new hme shaft-kiln burning blast furnace gas. As long as such problems as those with the burners, load distribution, level detection and automatic control for the shaft-kilns are properly resolved, same technical and economic benefits and automation level, as yielded by the advanced types of kiln, can be achieved.
