摘    要:通过对焦作矿务局热电厂地基事故原因分析,反映了当前工程勘察、地基基础设计和施工管理中存在的一些问题。工程勘察由于规范选用不当,现场取样质量低劣和室内分析失误常会导致评价和地基设计参数提供的错误。地基基础设计忽视地基变形验算的重要性常会给建筑物的安全使用带来隐患。施工场地地面用水管理不善,尤其在湿陷性黄土场地,由于地基局都浸水湿陷和地基立软化,往往是引起地基事故的直接原因之一。提高勘察设计质量和加强施工管理是防止地基事故的根本措施。

Abstract:Having analysed the causes of foundation accidents of the main building of self-equipped power plant in Jiaozuo mining bureau, it is found that the accidents expose some problems existing in site investigation, foundation design and construction management such as employing improperly the reconnaisance specification, inferior soil sampling, wrong laboratory test results, neglecting the importance of deformation calculation and also bad management of surface water (especially for collapsible soils) in the construction site. Therefore, in order to avoid foundation accidents, to improve the quality in reconnaisance, foundation design work and field management are absolutely necessary.
